Description

These sheets offer the same advantages as standard polycarbonate, such as high impact resistance, optical clarity, and durability, but with the added benefit of improved fire safety.
- Flame Resistance-Polycarbonate flame-retardant sheets are designed to meet specific fire-resistance standards. The sheets are typically rated according to tests like UL 94 (Underwriters Laboratories) to indicate how resistant the material is to burning or igniting.
- Enhanced Safety –In applications where fire hazards are a concern, such as in construction, electrical equipment, or automotive industries, using flame-retardant polycarbonate sheets can help minimize the risk of fire spreading.
- Durability-Like standard polycarbonate, flame-retardant polycarbonate sheets are highly durable, offering excellent impact resistance, weatherability, and UV protection
