- CLOSEOUT ITEMS
Closeout items are specially priced items which may show some wear or slight defect from customer returns. Closeout items can also be due to overstock or discontinued from our online catalog. All closeout items are sold “as is” and no returns/exchanges are accepted. We encourage customers to contact us for details prior to purchasing.

Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this site; including text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Polymercrafts., Copyright ©, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping in this store or placing an order and for no other purpose. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any form or by any means without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
- CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders (CUS) are NOT returnable. All sign holders or brochure holders with “Add a Pocket” options are considered custom orders. Custom orders that are damaged in transit or from fabrication are non refundable and can only be replaced. We make every attempt to ship the exact quantities ordered, but reserve the right to over-ship or under-ship WITHIN 10% of the ordered quantities for custom orders. In the event customer orders are damaged/defect upon arrival we are under no obligation to ship replacements via expedited services. In the event customer order (CUS) arrive damaged/defective Polymercrafts shall not be responsible for customer/client deadlines.
- CUT OR FABRICATED ACRYLIC SHEETS
Cut/fabricated materials are not returnable or cancellable. Be sure to inspect your cut/fabricated material (Item number)for any damages or sizing issues. If you find an issue, we must be notified within 2 business days starting from date of delivery. We may request that you return the item to us for inspection. Based on our evaluation we will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate. Please note that transportation, labor, or other expenses incurred due to defective items are not covered. Further if items are pickup in person or courier at our Manufacturing Unit items will be returned to us at customer’s expense for review/replacement.
- DAMAGED GOODS
Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to Polymercrafts within 7 days of receipt of the product.
If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at email@example.com right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.

- MATERIAL AND COMPONENTS
Please note that all pictures shown on our website are for illustration purpose only and actual products may vary due to product enhancement or change. This size variance is not an acceptable excuse for a product return or refund.
- MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
- ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Polymercrafts reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
- OTHER CONDITIONS
These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Polymercrafts reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
- OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of- stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from Polymercrafts, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number and a password. We use this information to process your order(s), to keep you updated on your purchases and to personalize your shopping experience.
Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.
To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to this store. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from our Customer Service Department. We are under no obligation to accept any returns of merchandise. Any goods returned without an RA (Return Authorization), will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Return on stock items will not be accepted after 7 days of delivery. Stock items packaged and ready for pickup will be subject to 25% restocking fee if cancelled.
When we elect to accept a return of goods, these returns must be made within 7 days after authorization. All authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All showcases are not returnable or cancellable. All Wall Standoff Sign Holder are not returnable or cancellable.
Any custom or special orders are not returnable or cancellable.
- SHIPPING POLICY
All prices are Bangalore, KA-INDIA unless otherwise indicated. Orders will be shipped through Shipping Partner or any other common courier depending upon weight and size. Drop shipping is not available; however, each shipment to each location is treated as a separate order.
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Polymecrafts holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
- TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Polymercrafts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Polymercrafts shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders.
